Turning uncontrolled heat into
verifiable process conditions

From 1200 °C to 1800 °C+, under vacuum, controlled atmosphere or reactor conditions. Custom high-temperature systems, each delivered with measured thermal data rather than nominal ratings.

Custom Engineering

How custom engineering works

Custom does not mean no standard — it means the standard comes from your process. Five steps, each with a defined deliverable.

STEP 01

Requirements

Profile, atmosphere, material and size, throughput, site conditions.

Output: requirements sheet
STEP 02

Proposal

Furnace selection, elements, chamber material, control strategy, interlocks.

Output: technical proposal
STEP 03

3D confirmation

Envelope, interfaces, footprint, lifting, line interfaces — confirmed before production.

Output: 3D model & drawings
STEP 04

Build & test

Built in our own factory. Empty-chamber thermal test before delivery, with data report.

Output: test report
STEP 05

Delivery

On-site commissioning, operator training, acceptance against agreed figures.

Output: acceptance docs
On saying no. If we assess that your figures cannot be met, we tell you at step 2 rather than taking the order and hoping. In this industry, promising uniformity you cannot deliver has a cost.
Engineering

Every unit is recalculated

Chamber size, insulation thickness, element layout, sensor placement — none of these come from a catalogue. They are calculated from your workpiece and profile.

FAQ

Frequently asked

How long does custom engineering take?

It depends on complexity: 30–60 days for standard furnace types, 60–120 days with vacuum systems, automation or line integration. Once the proposal is agreed we commit to a lead time in the contract.

What temperature uniformity can you achieve?

In delivered projects, precision annealing units reach ±3 °C by multi-point measurement. Whether it is achievable depends on chamber size, temperature band and loading. We do not promise figures we cannot meet — if it is out of reach we say so during the proposal stage.

Is uniformity a nominal or measured value?

Measured. Every unit is thermally tested empty before delivery and ships with the data report. Nominal figures mean nothing in a contract; verifiable data does.

What certifications are needed for export?

ISO 9001 quality system and CE marking. Some destinations require additional local compliance documents — please state the destination country when enquiring.

Can we validate at small scale first?

Yes — lab and pilot-scale units exist precisely for process validation. Production-line configuration can follow once validated.
